Europe ship by train with battery together, cost about 25-45days, it's the safe and best way, valuable to wait for it, US America ship battery together by sea cost about 35days then all transfer via local FEDEX or UPS to dispatch, all is reliable and good to go. If not then other area we have to split the battery to ship with another special way, scooter without battery by UPS or TNT/FEDEX which will cost much more expensive charges, or via Hongkong DHL with battery together fast shipping also cost much more expensive shipping cost.

Precautions before purchase.

1.As electric scooters with lithium battery, they are internationally prohibited goods. We have to deliver them in some special way. Usually, there is no way to transport them, so we send them to Shenzhen at first, then to Hongkong, and to Europe/Russia/USA/Australia/Canada etc. Generally, we will ship it by train to Europe/Russia, by sea to USA. Then deliver it by UPS//FEDEX/TNT and other logistics companies. If you want us ship it by air from our local to you with UPS//FEDEX/TNT, we have to split the battery and scooters to ship individually, scooter firstly by UPS//FEDEX/TNT 5-8days arrived, and battery shipping by a special way which is much more expensive and cost about 15-20days reach, in this way you have to bear much higher extra fees.


2.If you select the seller's shipping method. The tracking number can't be tracked before finishing the clearance, if you can track it, it means you will get scooter several days later, before that, please wait patiently. Usually after about 35-40 days later. The tracking information will have updated and the package will be sent to your home in about 40-60days.
